For Users

Membership with 4U Hospitality is exclusively available to employees in the gastronomy and hospitality industry*. Click on „Register“ and have your proof of employment ready to submit your request today (monthly/annual membership fees apply).

* • Industry affiliation is determined by whether there is an active employment relationship with a gastronomy and/or hospitality business. A gastronomy and/or hospitality business is defined as a business that provides gastronomy and/or hospitality services. The assessment of whether a business qualifies as a gastronomy and/or hospitality business is solely at the discretion of 4U Hospitality. Part-time work, maternity leave, parental leave, educational leave, and military service are also considered active employment relationships.

A registration process with access code:
  1. Provide us with your email address, enter your personal access code, and set a personal password.

  2. Enter your personal information.

  3. You are now a verified user and can reserve or redeem all offers on 4U Hospitality.



Registration process without access code:
Fill in the proof of employment form and have it signed by a supervisor at your company. You must upload this proof during registration.

  1. Provide us with your email address and set a personal password.

  2. Enter your personal information.

  3. Upload the proof of employment.

  4. Choose between the monthly and annual 4U Membership.

  5. Provide your payment details. You can already reserve timeslot offers on 4U Hospitality, subject to verification.

  6. Within 24 hours, your proof of employment will be verified, and your registration will be approved, if applicable.

  7. After your registration is approved, you are a verified user and can reserve or redeem all offers on 4U Hospitality.

Members who register without an access code must pay membership fees. For the monthly 4U Membership, billing is done on a monthly basis; for the annual 4U Membership, billing is done on a yearly basis. The first billing occurs in advance at the time of registration, after which billing is done in advance at the beginning of each billing period until the end of the contract term.

Your employer has all the information needed for registration. If you encounter any issues during the registration process, please contact info@4u-hospitality.com and provide us with your contact details. Our team will be happy to assist you.

If you register without an access code, you must upload proof during the registration process that you are an employee in the gastronomy and hospitality industry. A specific form will be provided for this purpose (the "Proof of Employment"). If we are unable to verify your industry affiliation based on the uploaded proof, we will contact you.

If you register without an access code, our team will first review your uploaded proof of employment before you can become a member. Once this is done, your user status will change to "Verified User." We aim to verify all registrations within 24 hours.

Membership with 4U Hospitality is exclusively available to employees in the gastronomy and hospitality industry. Your registration will be declined if your industry affiliation cannot be verified. However, you can still become part of 4U Hospitality; please refer to the next point for more information.

Memberships at 4U Hospitality are limited-term. You can choose between a monthly or an annual 4U Membership, which will automatically renew unless you or 4U Hospitality object to the renewal in a timely manner. Regular cancellation of the membership during the contract term is not provided for. However, your right to terminate the membership for a significant reason remains unaffected.

During login, you can click on "Forgot Password" . After entering your email address, you will receive a link to reset your password. Please also check your spam folder in case the email ended up there by mistake.
