Members who register without an access code must pay membership fees. For the monthly 4U Membership, billing is done on a monthly basis; for the annual 4U Membership, billing is done on a yearly basis. The first billing occurs in advance at the time of registration, after which billing is done in advance at the beginning of each billing period until the end of the contract term.

If you register without an access code, you must upload proof during the registration process that you are an employee in the gastronomy and hospitality industry. A specific form will be provided for this purpose (the "Proof of Employment"). If we are unable to verify your industry affiliation based on the uploaded proof, we will contact you.
If you register without an access code, our team will first review your uploaded proof of employment before you can become a member. Once this is done, your user status will change to "Verified User." We aim to verify all registrations within 24 hours.
Membership with 4U Hospitality is exclusively available to employees in the gastronomy and hospitality industry. Your registration will be declined if your industry affiliation cannot be verified. However, you can still become part of 4U Hospitality; please refer to the next point for more information.

Memberships at 4U Hospitality are limited-term. You can choose between a monthly or an annual 4U Membership, which will automatically renew unless you or 4U Hospitality object to the renewal in a timely manner. Regular cancellation of the membership during the contract term is not provided for. However, your right to terminate the membership for a significant reason remains unaffected.
